What I don't understand is why Mix gets a call up and Benny doesn't. Benny has been in better form for a better team this entire season. Mix has underwhelmed on a pretty shitty team.

Germany roster for the June 10th Friendly:
Note: Manuel Neuer, midfielder Toni Kroos and forward Thomas Muller are not on the 20-man. Should be a piece of cake now.
The full German squad is listed below:
GOALKEEPERS (2): Roman Weidenfeller (Borussia Dortumnd), Ron-Robert Zieler (Hannover 96)
DEFENDERS (7): Jerome Boateng (Bayern Munich), Jonas Hector (FC Koln), Erik Durm (Borussia Dortmund), Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund), Shkodran Mustafi (Valencia CF), Sebastian Rudy (TSG Hoffenheim), Antonio Rudiger (VfB Stuttgart)
MIDFIELDERS (9): Karim Bellarabi (Bayer Leverkusen), Ilkay Gundogan (Borussia Dortmund), Sami Khedira (Real Madrid), Patrick Herrmann (Borussia Monchengladbach), Christoph Kramer (Borussia Monchengladbach), Mesut Ozil (Arsenal), Lukas Podolski (Internazionale), Andre Schurrle (VfL Wolfsburg), Bastian Schweinsteiger (Bayern Munich)
FORWARDS (2): Mario Gotze (Bayern Munich), Max Kruse (Borussia Monchengladbach)

Gratuitous shirtless StuBear pick. It looks hot wherever they are. I wonder if he and Geoff Cameron lubed each other up with sunscreen

I like adding the ASN rankings to these to see the general strength of the team we're bringing. Having 4 field players outside of the top 50 on the roster is not ideal against such great teams.

Wish I could make the trip for the matches but I have no more leave after two weeks home and have to prep for deployment.

Ha I have no idea. Been wondering myself. Popped up randomly on my Twitter feed with no context really.
