I really hope Brooks or Cameron can perform really well in camp and beat out Omar

It probably helps that Omar is hurt at the moment, too.

So the battles have to be - for 7 to be gone...

FWD (which technically includes a couple of MF) - Boyd vs. Wondo

MF - Corona vs Green vs Bedoya vs Davis for maybe 2 spots? (TOTAL 3 cut so far)

Mix vs. Edu (total 4 cut so far)

Parkhurst vs. Yedlin vs Chandler vs Evans and
Brooks vs Goodson vs. Parkhurst (3 of those to be cut). Parkhurst ability to play accross the line may come in handy, but may not be necessary since Cameron can do it too.

My likely cuts -

Boyd
Bedoya
Davis
Edu
Yedlin
Parkhust
Brooks

Bedoya is definitely making the final 23 and might even start at RM.

Jurgy doing Edu a solid by calling him in.

So much for the "fit and playing first team soccer" line you fed Michael Bradley while Jeff Larentowicz was getting call-ups, eh, Jurgen?

I don't see it. I think either Zusi or Donovan start at RM. The other will start at LM.

so, which 7 don't make it to brazil?

A couple will probably be unfit. I think Jurgy ends up going young when making final selections. It wouldn't be the worst thing to give some of the younger guys some taste of the WC when our chances of making it to the knockout are as low as they are. I don't see any glaring omissions from the 30 man.

Yeah I could see either. They'll both see significant time. No shot Bedoya doesn't make the plane though.

I know, I think in the last few camps they had him listed as a midfielder. Maybe Jurgen finally realized he has to start at LB.

I'm definitely in the minority, but give me Corona over Mix.

no he shouldn't

let him play on the wing like he does in germany, its def his natural position and he tears it up out there every week. We are lucky he is versatile and can cover up for a hole we have on the back line.

He's probably first off the bench at either position.
