to be fair... it was the game-winning goal of the USA's most recent Gold Cup championship
also... interesting to find out (through boredom googling) that Qatar decided to also play in the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup (who knows... they could be defending a Gold Cup title then) instead of defending its Asian Cup championship
both will be going on at the same time
AFC Asian Cup will be June 16-July 16, 2023
CONCACAF Gold Cup will be June 26-July 16, 2023

If it was a story for Jordan Morris, I'd get it.
It was actually nothing more than a hopeful ball by Gyasi having just come into the match. Definitely not some high water mark of his career.
