The frustrating thing is that the obvious problems in this game are the obvious problems that every half assed USNMT fan could point out...

Dest creates a hole behind him that someone competent has to fill.
These issues could have been fixed with good lineup selection.

I wasn’t able to appreciate what he did until he left Arsenal. Wenger got stale at the end, but he was consistently able to get good results over the course of a season from a team that had no business being in the champions league. If anyone can make the most out of our players in a short period of time I think it would be him.
