That was depressing. That wasn't a smash and grab loss boys. We just got outplayed by Guatemala. Something needs to change ASAP.

I stopped watching because we were so terrible, but I still follow the scores. :( Jurgen was a big ole waste of time, money, and momentum. The only time we ever played well was during friendlies or with Donovan at the gold cup. Jurgen got rid of him asap.

Watching USA soccer is just like watching LSU football--you're halfway hoping they lose so you can get rid of the idiot coach that's destroying the program so you can have something back you used to really enjoy!

they have gotten worse since leaving Europe.
Ive been pro klins but it looks like they players are not responding to him and his bizarre tactics anymore or just don't want to play for him anymore. Which means he is on borrowed time.

It is definitely borrowed time. They peaked right before the WC and Belgium broke them for good. Those players have not recovered since. Damn shame, but it is obvious the squad is on the downward spiral, but not enough depth in the wings to take over. Too young.

Let's review our formations from last night.
1) a flat 4-4-2 with 3 CBs in the back (a new back 4 combo again!!!), 3 CMs and a RB in the midfield.
2) a flat 4-4-2 with 3 CMs and a forward in the MF
3) a 3 man back line consisting of 1 CB and 2 FBs and lord knows what the frick else they were playing in front because honestly I couldn't even tell
The highlight for me as I mentioned before was after switching to the 3 man back Cameron scampered forward into the final third and even took a throw in

At leas the BeIn guys called Jurgen out, sure the 2 former USA guys, sort of gave him some rope, but Main BeIn guys called it like it was, an asinine lineup, with players out of position for no reason.
