Another note from El Salvador:
Heard that the grass at Estadio Cuscatlan is cut short. Not always the case in previous qualifiers in CONCACAF. There's a ~50% chance of rain at kickoff, which could obviously affect things, but could be looking at a pretty fast playing surface.

For those with Paramount + I see there are essential and premium plans - I assume I only need the lesser essential plan for the WCQs?

With 4 rounds of 3 games, what are the chances that smaller nations decide to take their lumps against USA and Mexico and save their best players for more winnable games? Maybe that's not really a thing, and I'm overanalyzing. I just started thinking of it like a team saving a pitcher for a game they are more likely to win.

I think there will be some of that - I think the minnows will play A teams at home in particular - those three points are so essential.
