Time to see that creativity.

Game slowing down helping us a lot. Needed a break.

Then just let him be stupid, but I don't think anyone is this dense unless it's on purpose. Plus I'd rather talk about the game.

Very curious about who our subs will be. At about the 75th minute they will start pushing so incredibly hard.

I get why all these guys flop. They all grew up watching their favorite players flop and little 10 year olds are doing the same thing right now

He was absolute trash where Jurgen wanted him to play, but I think that looking at our pool shows how few options outside of him we have.

Look, there is no point discussing Bradley. He has been the butt of tons of jokes on this board for years. I guess you like him. Ok, that is your opinion, but his career does not warrant the position in my opinion.

Why are we playing five back? Are we playing for the draw?

I don't want to draw mexico willingly. I want to beat them. This sounds like a losing tactic. I get the lack of rest/high altitude thing, but still, we need to play to win. At the end I would be ok with the point, but I hate playing not to lose.

In a country that believes in Machismo it is so strange that they fake injuries and flop around.

Yeah, it's the same reason we're playing this lineup. Getting a point here and keeping people out of card trouble for more winnable matches would be a victory.

3 points would be godly, but I'll happily take a point.

Wow, that was good possession right there. I just wish we didn't rely on balls over the top so much. We could have held that for 1-2 more minutes

You can win with five backs, and I've argued for a while that it's the best fit for the pool. Just seeing five defenders doesn't mean it's a losing mentality. It plays to the team's strengths against a better team on short rest.
