No, Landon is a perfectly legit option we would have to have on the roster, preferably starting. I hope everyone does well.

I hope we win 19-0, but that result doesn't bring logic to dismissing Donovan.

I honestly don't why people can't comprehend that (sgallo being the latest).

How the team does will not rectify Jurgen's decision. The only way for that to happen is if a John Harkes situation leaks out.

-Matthew Doyle

It makes sense. Yedlin is scary fast, but scary raw defensively.

Ok. Stahp . This has officially gone too far. He was never in contention for a starting spot

Of course it makes sense that LD lost his spot to a 20 year defender who can't defend to play right midfield, a position he doesn't play.

I'm really excited to see Guzan at striker and Aron Johannson in a holding midfield role.

Of course he was. He offers so much more than almost every single one of our players. It is stupid how much better he is.

Agreed with all of it, except I think Johannsson will be playing sweeper keeper.

Clearly Tim Howard will be our talismanic striker. He played there for his U-12 teams in New Jersey. He said so in the first episode of "Inside US Soccer".

According to Snoop Dogg, we have the best player in the world, so y'all can just quit arguing about Donovan.

I'm excited to see some questions answered tonight, but I think it will ultimately end with more questions and bitching than it will anything else.

As for trying a new CB pairing just weeks before the WC... I think it's a really bad idea. I thought it was all about chemistry and knowing what your CB partner is going to do without thinking about it. The back line scares the piss out of me with so many questions.

Better than trusting him against experienced international wingers but... I wonder who else would have been a wide midfield super-sub
