I have no issues with Bradley considering the makeup of this team.

We have some serious depth issues and a total lack of quality players in the “prime” ages. He’s still certainly one of our best 15 or so, even if you think he doesn’t deserve to be an automatic starter.

I don’t think he’s been very good tonight, but that’s a different issue

Agreed 100%

The main issue with our current crop right now is the complete non-development of the Mix Diskerud generation.

Look at our performance in the WC 2010 vs 2014 and now non-qualification of 2018. There was entire lost generation that we are still trying to compensate for now, hence the inclusion of Bradley/Altidore.

Traditional powers would have already replaced such talents with up and coming new stars (see Netherlands even after a terrible few years) but here we are still living 10 years in the past in multiple positions on the pitch.

The lack of movement when our midfielders are on the ball is infuriating. The only runs being made are just straight up the field

Jozy is still 29. He would still be involved even if we had more depth.

Nor the midfielders in front of him
He turns on the ball in the 6 hole and has no help around him
There’s an entire line of defense between him and the next level of our attackers

Blows my mind. He’s like the 5th year senior who’s started from day 1.
