I think the worst thing about us under Berhalter so far is that it seems like 90% of our players play so timid when they are up against any type of decent competition.
That has NEVER been something that the USMNT has done in the past. It would be one thing if we were losing these games because we were going balls to the wall and actually trying shite. But instead we just look so lethargic and uninspired.

And when we do move, we make the wrong moves.
There was that sequence late in the first half where Boyd drove to the line and crossed it back in and the ball just bounced to no one in the middle of the box. Sargent made the run to the goal and for some reason Lletget ran parallel to that. If he waits back, he has an easy shot right in front of goal.

Well he’s never managed against legit competition until now and has never won anything
