Tevez and Vidal.

Obviously Tevez likely won't be as big of a loss, but Vidal will be a big one for sure.

With the additions of Otamendi, Sterling and KDB that I think makes us the top dog in the group. At least for now lol. Our form could definitely go to shite before then.

Juve aren't going to be very strong early on because it's not just replacing Vidal and Pirlo but that their replacements, Marchisio and Khedira are also out injured for at least the few couple of rounds.

Tevez's replacement Dybala will likely be as good or not better in the future but certainly not right away.

I think Juve may struggle to get out of this group before their new team takes shape.

I really think Sevilla has a chance to win that group.

Yeah, all the predictions I've seen have City topping that group, including the SPI.

For the sake of the Celtic-City family, I hope so.

Any of you like the new seeding rule for Pot 1? (If im not mistaken its now the 8 league winners instead of the top 8 fifa seeded teams whether they won their league or not).

I like it. Now they just need to make sure that clubs that took place in qualification playoffs can't be in pot 2.

Im not sure the Europa champion should get an automatic bid to the playoff round tbh.

If Zenit doesn't advance out of this group, AVB should be sacked.

I like it, yes. But I agree that the Europa league winner shouldn't be in pot 1

Would have liked Wolfsburg in group A. PSG needs to be pushed a little more and not think they can sleep walk to the last 16. Coming out of France not going to be as battle tested as the teams in the bigger leagues as it is.

You're not getting past Real and Shakhtar.

Shaktar is depleted compared to last year. Away trip may prove tricky but it does to most teams. PSG shouldn't have too much trouble getting out of that group. But another second place finish likely screws them again.

Hopefully Shakhtar gets to play in Donetsk. They have been playing in Lviv since the turmoil, so it's kind of amazing how good they have been. Of course losing Douglas Costa.

I think second in the group on the last day followed by elimination in the first knockout round is well within the realm of possibility.

What do you think about how Spurs fared in the draw?
