Some of you more refined gentlemen please enlighten me on best methods for travel to Madrid and tickets to the final please.

I told my son a couple of weeks ago if Spurs made the final we would go.

Just people understand the gouging here, it’s widely noted that trains from London to Manchester at times cost more than a flight from London to Madrid.

That's insane... I just casually looked at going, just to get to Madrid and in the stadium would have set me back about $6000... not even including hotel

You wont find anywhere to stay with in 50 miles of the city for a reasonable price

Each club was allocated 17k tickets

4k more for locals in a lottery

the rest are for sponsors

secondary market you are looking $3,000+ a ticket

getting tickets from someone who got them from club will be almsot imposible

They will have to pick up their tickets the morning of the match and show ID and all kinds of other shite.

I understand it will be expensive, and may be too much. But where would I even start looking for match tickets?

Travel package companies probably, if cost is not a factor. Thomas Cook still in business?

Seems fairly reasonable particularly with summer travel as well. How close?
