Lampard's career stats with Chelsea are immense.

Actually closer to Totti's with AS Roma than I would have thought:

App 672
Goals 282
Assists 204

LOL. I already applauded him, but if you´re going to post ´stats´, you´d better study them.

The last two have more titles, and their appearances to assists ratios are markedly superior.

Just a matter of the defintion of legend. I think Xavi, Iniesta are legends and I happen to put Frank in that category too.

ETA: Stevie G is a legend too.

I agree, Lampard is a Chelsea legend, and a great player.

Apples and oranges compare horribly, is what I´m saying (as Randy has been wont to say he´s better than the fourth in your convenient list).

Different systems, different animals.

Ha, playing in a league with much more parity and defending Frank has averaged...

An assist for every 4.6 appearances and a goal for every 3.3.

Xavi an assist for every 4.1 apps and a goal every 8.3.

Iniesta an assist for every 4.6 apps and a goal every 9.6.

Maybe you should have studied the numbers a little harder, they aren't even close.

Also, Frank Lampard was the most influential player over both ties when Chelsea bounced Barcelona from the CL last year.

Titles? Who'd have guessed a couple of players playing in a two team league with possibly the best player of all time would have a lot of titles? What a poor argument.
