Absolutely. We don’t make the CL without Kulu

The real perk of qualifying for UCL: More Saturday Prem matches as opposed to a Thursday-Sunday schedule.

What a finish to the season. So many things to celebrate…Conte completely changed the trajectory of this club. New signings Romero, Kulu, & Bentancur played massive roles down the stretch. Son getting a share of the golden boot is icing on the cake.

I also think it’s important to give props to Dier, Sanchez, & Davies. Dier has been somewhat overshadowed by Romero, but what a season he has had in the middle for Conte. Davies has also improved significantly and proved his worth in a back 3. There is no doubt they will try to bring in another left sided center back, but Davies definitely has a spot on this team under Conte. Finally, Sanchez hasn’t started in months, but came in and stepped up in a big way when we needed him down the stretch. I am honestly struggling to think of a Spurs player that didn’t improve under Conte. What a manager! COYS!!!

I love the Arsenal spin that their team is young and they are happy with 5th. I agree that at the beginning of the season 5th would have been a good result, but to be up 4 pts with 3 games to go and miss out on UCL and act like it’s not a massive choke job is hilarious. All the shite we get for being “Spursy” and they pull a hold my beer lol.

Making CL is awesome, making CL and keeping Arsenal out is F**king Awesome!

Someone remind me how many years in a row we’ve finished above Arsenal? I know it’s been 2198 days ??

COYS! Back in Champions league and Son winning the golden boot. I’ll take it after we were 9th at one point in the season. Hopefully we back Conte with a few more signings. I think we are a player a way from a trophy.

Either we replace Sessegnon or he drastically needs to improve.

It’s a homer USMNT pick I admit, but you know who could thrive as a winger in Conte’s system…Sergino Dest.

Yes, I'm happy with them finishing 5th after back to back seasons at 8, even though they blew Champions League qualification. I don't see how it is a "spin" to say they are young when they have the youngest squad in the league .

Enjoy it while you can, little brother.

Yep, youngest squad in the league. Also, they didn't have any European football to worry about this past season. Yet they were too fragile to get across the line when it was theirs for the taking.

Do you honestly believe that squad will do any better next season? They will have to be MUCH better while they contend with that Thursday Sunday schedule if they want to do better than 5th. Personally, I believe Arsenal will finish lower in the table next season. Either that or they crash out of Europa quickly.

Also, the little brother comment is pathetic and hilarious. Keep holding onto that if you like. Six straight years of Arsenal finishing below us.

Fair play, I should have worded that differently.

I think the age argument is just an excuse to try and frame finishing 5th as a success this season. You have spent just as much if not more than everyone in the EPL over the last couple of years and it's not like you're siging academy players and thrusting them into the starting 11. White, Tomiyasu, Gabriel, Ramsdale, Odegaard all have several years of experience playing 1st team football in top leagues. You're probrably right that 5th looks good when you take a step back, but to be in your position in January and then to only need 4 pts from the last 3 games to secure UCl for the first time since 15/16 is a bottle job and I just don't see how you consider this season a success.

Hahaha I certainly understand the historical significance of this, but you can't really feel this way anymore right? Those days are long gone IMO. We won't always finish above you like we have the last 6 years in a row , but Spurs are positioned to go toe to toe financially with the biggest clubs in Europe for the forseable future. Our owners won't always spend it , but between the stadium, trainig ground, global appeal, etc we are in a great position and getting UCL football back only strengthens that.

Now we pray that Conte stays
