One knock against Conte is that his teams struggle when they have to play a mid-week game and have less preparation time. Seems to be the case so far with Spurs as well.

Yeah that was the negative I had read about him before he came and why his record in European comps wasn’t great. Like you said it seems to be continuing.
I don’t really know what to make of his post match comments. 3 days ago he said this was one of the best group of players he’s worked with. He’s a very passionate guy so I think having him do an interview 15 minutes after a shitty loss in terrible conditions wasn’t great timing but I can’t tell if he’s saying maybe it’s too much to overcome and he doesn’t feel like dealing with the BS anymore and wants out. I was hoping we got a summer window with him but I’m not sure his ego will let him make it that far if we keep dropping points

This team is looking inspired!!! I really want to get to CL but more importantly I want to do it while beating Arsenal.
