Yeah, Walker had a great effort to get back and disrupt. But damn.

Greetings all - new to the board. Looks like ManU is getting all the 50/50 calls early.

I really like dembele on the field but I'm not sure how much I like him out wide

Bentaleb needs to go to the bench and let Dembele play in the middle.

I will never understand the subs infatuation with Bentaleb... He is constantly making bonehead plays.

Eh the only questionable call for me was the offside call on Dembele.

We need to get Chadli involved in the attack.

Screw this ref and these red fairies going down if someone runs by them too fast.

Need to get better passing and holding possession. We were the better side up until the own goal. Need to start creating chances again and putting pressure on Romero.

Played fairly well in the first half. Just can't give away possession like that.

The flow late half and play in ManU 3rd had alot to do with calls going to ManU imo.

I know, I was frustrated with a few calls but it's our freaking lazy arse passes that are killing us. Our defensive mids are getting it handed to them right now.

Is Chadli still on the field? I have a feeling he's about to sneak in our 1st goal.

What a frustrating result. Have to be encouraged that ManU was held to only one real shot on goal.

Sloppy sloppy game.
Poor lineup choices to start the game.
Lazy passing in first half, no width with dembele and chadli on the wings.
No Rose hurt us. Also, Alderwhatever was best player on the field.

Chin up lads our defensive line played so much better than anything I saw last year.

The creativity in the final third will come.

Our midfield is our biggest weakness, but hey we are ridiculously young in that area of the pitch.

After only 3 (really 2) days of rest, I would say we played fairly well albeit a few bad passes.

My point is...

WE LOOK GOOD.

COYS!

Now I'm going to sleep

fricking game. Even though we didn't score, I did feel like we showed some creativity at points that was pretty impressive.

Toby Alderweireld is a beast. Bentaleb seems just lazy out there. Didn't have the grit and focus that made him who he is. I expect a huge bounce back.

I'm confident that we will finish above ManU in the table by season end. Spurs are the better squad that had some bad luck today. Tighten up a few things and get Lloris back and sign some help up top and we are top notch.

Not discouraged by today's result really besides I feel it should have been a draw based on quality of play. Ohand that ref can gfh he didnt help.

Agreed on the lineup choices, Bentaleb shouldn't have been in there.

I didn't really have a problem with the ref. We simply didn't create enough and Bentaleb continued to be the liability that I've always thought he was.

The back line was very encouraging. I felt that we were the better side today, so the result stings a bit.

If we can go get Kane and Ericsson some help, I think we'll do quite well this season
