What do you guys make of the rumors of us selling Holtby back to Schalke?
I realize we have a crowded midfield, but I can't imagine any Spurs fans willing to let go of Holtby. I love watching him play and the passion and energy he brings into every match.

Love Holtby, but like so many others, he has underperformed here. Probably not even his fault. I loved our depth to start the season, but it along with injuries has kept just about everyone from gaining real confidence.

The only benefit of Europa is that it gives us the chance to play the guys not getting chances, and give people rehab games.
Vertonghen, Sandro, Lamela, Holtby, Townsend, Paulinho are all players who have not played lately for one reason or another.

How amazing has Adebayor been for us lately? He is playing like a top striker right now. He has gone from immature brat (still potential to revert to that) to team leader. It's amazing how much confidence benefits his positioning, his first touch, and his hustle.

Watched the whole match today.... Adebayor was great Dembele screwed him out of a hat trick... Siggy is not afraid to shoot it's actually pretty funny the bad shot he took! Chiriches and Dawson played good against Bonny.... The goal was just a sloppy moment of clearing the ball. Hope to get some points against City, they showed a stat this morning that City is 7-0-1 against the top 8 clubs and tottenham is at the bottom of that list rite above United hopefully we can start the turnaround and continue rolling ! The City game will be huge... We are starting to gain momentum and a win against City could send confidence through the roof down the stretch. We lose this game and unfortunately I believe the outcome of the season will be less than desirable. There is still plenty of time, but a win would do wonders for the club.

Hell, I don't blame him. He rarely sees the pitch anymore. I'm fine with him firing away. I really want to see him break into the normal squad rotation.
