I think he's highly overrated and nowhere near worth that much

probably by Everton, but most other comments lead me to believe he may actually be underrated.. the talent is there.. the productivity is not.. Can someone get it out of him?? Not a £50mm gamble I would take.. Maybe so for £25-30mm..

He obviously has some talent but to be worth anywhere close to that amount you need to be consistent. That's what teams pay for. Consistent good performances almost every single week.
