I saw that. City own 30 percent of his rights.

They tried to buy him back early instead of Ederson, but Sociedad wouldn't budge and he didn't want to 'split' time w/ Bravo.

Who is Rulli?

Already kind of covered, but while it sounds complicated, he's a young, Argentine goalkeeper who has basically been Real Sociedad's first choice keeper for the past 3 years after breaking through at Estudiantes.

Deportivo Maldonado is a Uruguay second division team that is totally not a front for 3rd party ownership.

Napoli may not have what it takes to actually win the Scudetto this year or go deep in CL but, man, do they play the prettiest football in Europe.

If Everton goes to 45Mil for Sig, that club is destined for failure, with a rich owner.

guy is not English, which would sort of give you a reality for that price, but not an icelandic player, who wouldn't sniff the field for any of the top 5-7 clubs in the EPL.

He's worth 20mil, at best, and that is inflating it .
I like his play, when he busts his arse, but he's no where near the asking price. Would be one of worst buys in EPL.

I don't follow EPL that much and the transfer fees are certainly exaggerated.

However, Siggurdsen has alwasy struck me as a pretty good player that may not start for a lot of top clubs but would certainly play.

That said, the "waste of money" may be in that Everton will likely be favorites to finish 7th if the sign him and favorites to finish 7th if they don't.

100% agree. I can understand why Swansea want to hold out, because he seems to be more valuable to them than he would be for Everton.

Marcel Buchel goes from Empoli to Verona, meaning there will still be a guy from Liechtenstein in Serie A

deleted first comment misread post, but it shouldn't really matter where he's from, he's a proven EPL player and still:
