Can anybody explain how Willie Collum has been awarded a referee spot for the Euros? He's fricking awful.

Leicester City now the only side in Premier League history to be top of the league at Christmas after being bottom of the league at Christmas the season before.

Respek.

Next two games will tell a lot: at Liverpool, home vs City

Highlights the importance of a good manager.

As long as they don't overreact, they have a chance to be near the top for a long time. They've got much more money than your normal promotion club, they've got a good fanbase, and their academy isn't bad.

For sure on all fronts. If they can get even a smattering of goals from other sources (Okazaki, Ulloa, Kante, etc.) then they have the stuff to finish top 4 easily. Could still get there with their current setup, but logic dictates Vardy and Mahrez can't keep scoring at this rate. 13 goals is tied for his most ever in a single season.

I certainly don't feel they can sustain for 21 more games and win the title, but that fourth place spot is a clustermess right now. Hell, Crystal Palace is charging up hard right now.

Just the fourth?? Outside of Arsenal and man city which of the big clubs can say today they feel confident of getting in the top four? As of now there are two spots available to interlopers

News from the world´s best league:

Betis and Sevilla drew 0 - 0 at the Benito Villamarin

and

Deportivo de la Coruña is still winning matches. Their Lucas has now equalled Bebeto´s 92-93 record of scoring in seven consecutive matches.

Jamie Vardy laughs at this.

Good for him. I´d imagine this Vardy plays for Leicester, no?

Anyway, the top of the ´tabla´ as it stands at the moment:

1 FC Barcelona
2 Atlético de Madrid
3 Real Madrid
4 Celta
5 Villarreal
6 Deportivo
