True, but this is a bit knee-jerk.
I'm going to wait until Gomes is back playing before commenting on how bad the injury is.

I’m not saying it was or wasn’t bad. Just that the reaction seemed a tad overboard. I legit thought his foot was no longer attached to his leg the way they were carrying on. One Spur player dropped to his knees and was praying woefully.

His foot was dangling the wrong direction. Just because it might not be the worst injury to ever occur in sports history doesn’t mean it wasn’t nasty.

At the end of the day these guys are all just people playing a game for a living so seeing a fellow player with a terrible injury fricks with you. Watch NFL players reactions when another player snaps a leg. Most are usually distraught.

Aurier might also have been praying to God to put him on a team that doesn’t suck

Who in their right mind wouldn’t consider a broken ankle a bad injury? Son is an extremely likable guy but you’re kinda being a prick down playing the severity of a soccer players ankle, they don’t always come back from that the same.

Ndombele, Lo Celso, and Sessegnon all playing together in the same match.

Only took 4 months

Tied with Sheffield at home at half

Wouldn’t be shocked if we lose somehow

The real tragedy here is that with our schizophrenic performances I’m not able to fully revel in Arsenal’s misery. I still do, but it’s just not as sweet.

So just to be clear...we sacked a manager that navigated playing 2 seasons without a true home stadium, spent zero in the transfer market, qualified for the UCL 4 years in a row, and made the clubs first-ever UCL final?

What an absolute joke. This will end up being a huge mistake by Levy and the board.

Sky Sports also reporting that Mourinho is a serious contender for his replacement

Not sure how to feel about this....

Just be ready to replace him 1.5 to 2 years from now.

Jesus fricking Christ. All the bad feels. This is going to start a mass exodus I bet. Can’t believe it tbh. Spurs management have fricking torpedoed the club. Pochettino gonna end up somewhere where he will be able to frick us nice and proper for years to come too I bet.

Well said. And your new manager is REALLY used to spending extremely large amounts of cash or complaining about no talent. Like I said in the Jose thread, he'll get results at least......0-0 results but a point is a point. It's a shame, you guys were fun to watch with Poch for a couple of years now. I find this baffling.

I’m onboard. Pochs time had run its course. Jose has a history of winning and you couldn’t ask for a better manager to come in and right the ship.

We were not going to win shite this year with Poch and were probably going to miss Europa. A change was needed and it’s time to move on.
