They only get paid during the season

They make a small amount in pre-season by when you see $100k per week it's pay during the actual season.

Kelleher is now the number two to Alisson Becker. He’s getting a new contract too, it looks like.

God I cannot wait for Rafa to become Everton manager. Hearing his name sung from the Kop during the derby will drive their fanbase off the cliff. They crucified Koeman for having a red Christmas tree, can you imagine the absolute scenes when an LFC legend is appointed as their manager.

Grab the popcorn.

Anyone else get the feeling these Neuhaus rumors might be true?

I'm seeing more talk about him going to Liverpool than anywhere else.

I have seen everything from us being interested in Renaro Sanches to us having a €30M bud for Kingsley Coman rejected.

Lots of craziness.

We were interested in Florian Neuhaus not long ago, then that cooled.

Now we seem to be waiting g for Youri Tielemans to be finished with the Euros to maybe snag him as a Winnaldum replacement.

Would love Neuhaus or Tielemans

Love the idea of Tielemans. I think we need better forward options behind Bobby, and I’m not convinced Jota is the answer there.

Would love Tielemans but is he actually an option? Would be odd for Leicester to sell him on to a PL top 4 competitor huh?

Tielemans would be extremely expensive for a guy who has all of the engine of Gini and none of the nous. Just pony up for Sanchez at that point.

That’s where I’m at. Only way Leicester let him go is for a way overvalued price. We can find better value elsewhere.

Agree with you both. Letting Gini go was a mistake.

Exactly. Don't get me wrong - he's a good player and would love to have him. But good lord we'll be fleeced.

Saw a report from the paper “A Bola” that Liverpool are potentially triggering a €40m release clause for Porto’s Otavio. Midfielder. That may show that we aren’t waiting around for Tielemans and that we have no further interest in Neuhaus.

ETA: PSV’s Donyel Maven is a link being shown a lot lately as well. No idea as to the veracity of the claim, but there is a strong feeling that he is leaving on the PSV side.

Just watched yesterday’s Euros highlights, too bad Forsberg is same age as Gini. He’s had a great Euros showing and feel like his play style would work well for us. I know we’ve been linked to him in the past.
