Somebody needs to tell Klopp that if you want to win a tournament but you choose to rest your best players in the semi, resting those players does you no good if you don’t win the semi.
Edit: And if this tourney goes into extra time at the end of regulation, if the match ends a draw, your “rest” strategy is a total flop.

Feel more relieved than happy right now.
Hopefully VVD is done with his virus for the final and Gini’s muscle injury is recovered.

Can’t wait for his debut. Really curious how Klopp will utilize him.

So far I'm only seeing this broadcast on fox sports deportes on Saturday. Not sure if an English version is available thru the fox sports app.

Anyone find any TV details for the final tomorrow

Assuming FS2 or 3 with replays on FS1 and 2. That’s how it was for the semi.

I see a 4:00pm replay on FS2... But nothing live at 11:30 (not even listed in English on the app), if they're showing the 3rd place game live and not the championship, that's fricking insane

Just double checked and that seems to be the case. Absolutely insane. To watch live it’s either Fox Deportes or Fubo TV. That’s it.
There is a whole lot of stupidity and incompetence in American cable companies when it comes to soccer. ESPN+ is the only one that seems to do it right.
ETA: there is a streaming link in the reddit game thread. www.reddit.com/r/liverpoolfc

Flamengo will be tricky, especially if Virg misses out again. They press more frequently than both Liverpool and Leicester, and play a very high defensive line. That said, they're not used to being pressed themselves, and certainly not used to players like Salah and Mane running in behind. I can see Trent picking them out from deep a few times. I'd take the over on 3.5 goals being scored.
The final should be really, really entertaining (chaos) to watch, and it's a damn shame that it hasn't been picked up by an English channel in the states. Real missed opportunity for ESPN to help grow the sport.

As much as I crap on ESPN, this can't be blamed on them since Fox owns the rights.
Edit: Downloaded fubotv for the 7-day free trial and FOX Deportes is definitely on the normal "family plan". Interesting that fubotv advertises itself as a sports/football package, but they don't offer ESPN or any ESPN-affiliated channels.

Can do a free trial of Fubo TV. Just make sure to cancel right after the game.
