Agreed... it wasn't that long ago that we were in some very dark times as a club (even post Gillett days), to be where we are now is remarkable

End the season as is and declare Liverpool the champion? Starting now and into every day in the future, excepting Liverpool and Liverpool fans, the championship will be considered "illegitimate".
You may respond that it WON'T be illegitimate and I would 100% agree, but the world will always place a fricking asterisk on it. You know it and I know it.
The only way to finish it appropriately is to FINISH IT. Will we get that chance? As of now, I think the answer will be "no".

Everton just put their first team in self-isolation because one of their players reported symptoms of the virus... that pretty much guarantees we won't be playing on Monday.
At last count that's 3 EPL teams in isolation because of the virus in the last 24 hours (ARS, CHE, EVE)

Yeah, I don't think it gets voided or anything crazy... they'll figure something out, especially if European (both club and international) competition gets cut out or postponed

The fact that it isn't "indefinite" makes me think they will attempt to get this thing done. Not really just because of us but the First Four has a lot of money involved.
