I didn’t expect it to be an easy game there, but this puts us under a ton of pressure going forward if we want to advance to the knockout rounds
I know we’ve picked up a lot of points and defended a lot better as a whole but our performances have to get better particularly in attack. We’re over 3 months into the season now and can’t use the “we just need time to click” excuse anymore

Our MF has been destroyed the last two games. We don’t have a playmaker with the Fekir whiff, Keita was supposed to be that B2B MF we needed and that hasn’t worked out yet and Fabhino hasn’t panned out as that vital DM. I love Hendo, Milner and Gini and they have been really good so far but.......I would have hoped we upgraded from that MF last year. Idk guys I guess I’m reaching but it just all feels a bit off right now.

It’s definitely off. This loss was coming since the beginning of the season. Flat midfield can’t get the front three going.
Klopp rolled out a shitty lineup today too. TAA sucked, Matip was meh and arguably responsible for goal #2, Lallana sucked, Milner sucked, Sturridge missed easy chances. Time to start shaking things up, we’ve looked flat offensively in nearly every game this season.
