He plays defense?

For me, Matip was motm. Those probing runs and passes to offset the oppositional defensive positioning were the difference today. He’s gotten very good at it over the season.

I don’t think Milner’s old man celebration got its due credit.

I feel like our only hope for the league at this point is in the hands of Sean Dyche and good ole Brendan

Burnley has played city twice this year and lost 5-0 both times. I like United’s chances at OT much better than Burnley’s

Yeah I think Brendan and Vardy will come through for us if anyone will. Can’t rely on United for shite

Just some stupid perspective on how ridiculous this title race is:

We could finish 2nd with 97 points... we all know it, but you know how many times out of the 26 years of the PL that would have won the league? 25/26... that's fricking stupid.

Still just goes to show we should feel good about what they did this year even if we finish 2nd... obviously it'll be bitterly disappointing to not win, but man this has been a crazy season

After that Everton performance, I don’t think they have a choice.

That team is hot garbage. I’d take Rashford and Pogba. that’s about it.

Martial is good too, but it was very apparent that of De Gea is not playing at a world class level they are just not a very good team

DHL is the shipping company all US ones need to live up to... Ordered a white kit Saturday, was processed Sunday, picked up by DHL today and will be delivered tomorrow (and that's normal shipping)... Got a big Virg kit

Yeah, when I order from the official LFC store and it gets shipped by DHL, it gets to me pretty damn quick.

Liverpool returning to the US this summer:

July 19 vs. Dortmund at Notre Dame
July 21 vs. Sevilla at Fenway Park
July 24 vs. Sporting CP at Yankee Stadium

Might have to travel to Boston this summer

I'm torn. These trips are cool but is it even worth it going all the way to Boston or something vs saving a bit more and just trucking to Anfield?

You can find tickets to London out of NYC for under $300 if you book far enough in advance.

Would be fun but I need the real deal before I get too old.

I think its a good time... to mix with fans from all over... the matches are kind of an after thought.. When I lived in Louisiana I saw them in Boston, Baltimore and Chicago..

I missed the match at the big house last year, but Im def going to try and go to South Bend this summer... its only a 2 hr drive..

I wonder this too, the Boston ones only interest me since half of my family is from there and I haven’t been there in like 10 years.

My dad texted me earlier crpytically hinting at getting tickets for it but even if he doesn’t want to go I think I might and try to rope in a friend or relative from the area into going too. It’s definitely a cool thought to see Liverpool in a unique venue but unless it’s really close or you have a specific reason I think it would be better to just travel to the UK.

Went to Anfield this year, as well as seeing them in Boston and Chicago in past years. I’m going to try to hit up Boston and New York, but they aren’t in the same stratosphere as the real deal. Put it this way, if it’s convenient to make a vacation out of the trip, I’d go to a pre-season game. I have family and friends in both cities, but I wouldn’t make the trip if it weren’t for them. If you have to spend a lot with the sole reason being the game, maybe just wait and save up for anfield. Just my opinion.

I have wrestled with this for two weeks. Praying that Tots would beat City so that I wouldn't have to rely on Man U.

I have been broken tonight, boys... It pains me to say, but I MUST support the devils from Manchester.

Have some pride, United.

PAINT THAT BITCH RED.

PAINT THE LEAGUE RED.
