I think he's been pretty good this season, except a couple of matches... But I agree, prom time to move him on... bring in Sessegnon...

with him im and TAA in the squad... thats the FB spot locked down with two potential WC teenagers...

I read that Sessegnon is actually better playing on the wing (which is also a critical need for the LFC squad) and not FB.

True?

I know he's played more advanced at times... I haven't personally seen much of him... just going by the reports Ive read and some videos...

I like the idea of him at FB... he looks like he can be an Ashley Cole type

Hell, give him time at both, since he wouldn't be expected to start at either position..

FWIW - still a lot of links with us and Sessegnon/Maddison/Neves - arguably the three best players in the championship this season..

1. LINK That is unbelievable!! Just make sure you yell your arse off!!

2. I always thought Klopp would go young at wing and FB.

3. I think he looks to spend big and bring in immediate starters at CB and a deep lying Mid.

They put this video up on 9/5/17:

Those are the two positions I think we need to bring in first 11 players... Id like to see us bring in a player that could rotate with the front 3.. starter quality...

I can get greedy and say the same for an attack minded mf'er, too..

the others can be younger, depth...

Ok... thread title change. Now that we are the last PL team in the comp, time to stop being sassy. Any suggestions?

TFTC we are on the same page. I think he spends big and brings in starters at CB and deep mid like Jorghino (still my hope). I think the rest are young studs who are going to be back ups with tons of potential. Unless Klopp feels that a Harry Wilson or somebody who is at that point to be on the first team roster just not a starter. The best thing I can say is that Jurgen Klopp is making these decisions and when he starts doing transfer shite wrong let me know because I haven't seen it recently.

How Salah became the main symbol of hope for Egypt's rising generation

Every time PFA Player of the Year Mohamed Salah scores, a roar booms around the streets and a city is consumed by unrestrained appreciation. This is not Anfield. This is not Liverpool. This is match-day in Cairo, and it is a scene replicated across Egypt at least 41 times this season.

In Bain El Sarayat in Giza, a predominantly student area of Egypt's capital, murals of Salah adorn the walls. The students congregate at cafes, such as Bondouk, a short distance from Cairo University, anticipating Salah's weekly goal dispatch. YouTube channels set up by Egyptian fans dedicated to the Liverpool forward are instantly updated. Social media trending is determined by his latest exceptional deed.

"Salah is a role model for young people. The good thing about him is that he started from the bottom and worked hard to succeed," says Islam Helmy, 20. "He comes from a village, and I'm from a village, too. I love him so much. I made my haircut and my beard just like him.

quote:

"Salah has reached a place where no other Egyptian player has been," says Mohamed Ahmed Fat'hy, 22, a student at Cairo University's faculty of commerce.

"I do not advise him to leave Liverpool. He is now Liverpool's superstar, and the team needs him. He needs to stay two or three more seasons to complete the experiment. Salah has dreams with no limits. He already achieved many but is still looking for more, and we are with him."

I agree with you 100%, Ahmed.

So, one twitter ITK account that I follow (@GraemeKelly1, who has a very good track record of knowing our transfer "wants"... says Migs out and Butland in...

Given LK's recent showings, I'd take that... He's someone who could push Karius and be a solid #2...

There are actually some pretty good players that look to be going down this season, that could probably be had for depth at great value..

Spot on.

Some rusty players, some saving ourselves..and voila. Fairly un-inspiring performance.

TF to say I am pumped is the understatement to end them all. I am going to be a nervous fricking wreck. I am going to really have to strap myself down though because an excessive celebration could possibly do some serious physical damage.

I'm in I.T. and I can usually set my sked to work from home on "days when I have important business to take care of".
