I’m very worried for the semis if we win today. Everyone, including national pundits, are acting like the winner of this game walks to the cup. England has looked a lot better than the US and France so far.

If she puts Horan on the bench again then Ertz better be in the midfield with Sauerbrunn in at CB. And I would she’ll have a very quick trigger in the second half to get Horan on if things look like they did against Spain. Same with Press for Morgan if she’s still trying to play through injury.
ETA: Dunn against Diani on the wing is gonna be a problem all game too.

Dunn is defining playing like a converted winger and worries me as well.
Our biggest strength is our depth on offense and we need to put in our best subs early in the second half if we are at all stagnant.

Looks like it is going to be Sauerbrunn in the back and Ertz in the midfield. I think I'm okay starting that way but Horan has to come on at some point in this game.
Agree that Rapinoe needs to finally put it together today too with her deliveries. If it's not there early then she has got to be one of the first subs for someone like Pugh.
