The difference between now and week one is you couldn't access the game for two days BEFORE the week started, and AFTER Tottenham/Everton had been called off.
Had the canceled game been QPR/Norwich they probably would have left it as is.
You could access the game all week during this week, and you can't make any changes once the games kickoff.
