The Texas site is most certainly San Antonio.
My money is Atlanta and Minneapolis

Texas definitely does not need a 3rd team.

San Diego would be a perfect fit if they can get a stadium deal in place.

No chance they'll give it to Minneapolis. It would have to be played on a plastic pitch and it would throw a wrench into the idea of moving the MLS to a Western European schedule.

Not if the twins win the bid. There's is two groups up there. The Vikings wants to put a team in their new NFL stadium. And the twins want to build a SSS I'm downtown

How does any of that negate what I said?

The plastic pitch. I didn't read after that
But I doubt MLS changes schedule anytime soon. It's only really a problem every 4 years. And even then it's not really a problem

Seven stadium decks will surround a field of artificial turf and two giant high-tech scoreboards at each end zone will replay the big plays and flash the game stats.

Atlanta and San Antonio. Two places with good-sized fanbases for NASL, large Latino populations and state-of-the-art stadium plans.
Minneapolis would be a pain for reasons already discussed, San Diego is too close to Tijuana (Xolos) and Sacramento doesn't really have what the other two have to offer.

Did you read what I said?

But regardless I haven't seen the MLS say they wouldn't go to a market because of artificial turf

I have no idea why Phoenix hasn't been considered for a team. Whenever we have international soccer matches at University of Phoenix or Chase...it's packed! We need to get rid of the Coyotes and add a MLS team, I think they'd do a lot better.

You can shut your whore mouth.
But I haven't seen any ownership group show interest, or the cash to put up around 250 mil for a team. Thus PHX problem
