Meh, CR was getting desperate. You start juking people up 4-0 and someone’s gonna get an ankle crunched
Like mexico up 2-0 and everyone doing that OLE! shite with every pass. fricking annoying and generally ends in frustration and a Mexican loser rolling to Las Vegas

Nice follow up to the Mexico game.

I didn’t see the Pefok-Siebatchue injury but Twellman seemed concerned. Is he on point or dramatic?
It was non-contact so that's always worrisome.

Glad to see we can finish a team. I know it wasnt their first team, but it wasnt ours either.
4-0 makes me feel good. Glad we are putting these teams away.

He got pushed a little and landed kind of hard on his right leg, but the leg wasn’t locked in extension when he landed and I didn’t see it shift. Knee was bent a little and he was trying to extend it while landing, against the force of his weight plus the hit from behind. That puts a lot of stress around the patella, which is what he was pointing to when he was on the ground. That’s why I think it may be a quad/patella tendon issue.

I mustve missed that, well shite.

The oldest goal scorer in that game was 22.

Man, if we could have sent a full strength team to the olympics we would have wrecked shite

The Costa Rica manager may have just been fired.

Does that count as two wins on the night?

I agree with this. But I’ll freely admit to being a huge Tyler Adams fan and think he is the most underrated player in our pool. Doesn’t bring a lot of sexy in how he plays, but things are just so much more coherent when he is on the field - both for club and country

I disagree. The way he steps to the ball is sexy AF

Lol
If we are being honest here only one of those teams are actually quality
We should be boat racing those teams no matter who is the manager
We got lucky the Mexico match wasn’t over 20 mins in. Our boys won in spite of terrible tactics.
Gregg is doing what every manager of this national side is expected to do bc we are that much more talented than everyone else but Mexico. Who we are on par with talent wise
Most of us have said what he wants to do will work against lower quality sides that let us keep the ball. The better teams will give us problems playing that way which we have seen.

Even you have to admit this team would run through a brick wall for Gregg and for each other. While his tactics are questionable at times I don’t think you can understate the importance of that, the team buying into what he is doing and working hard for him. Watch what McKinnie did when he scored against Mexico and when Pefok scored against Honduras. That says a lot.

I was totally wrong on Gregg and his ability to relate to players and recruit dual nationals.
right now they are all in on him.
Hes a players coach who isn't there tactically
