The shorts on the away kit have to be some type of sick joke.

Love this signing. It's so nice to act like a real club now. I'm so excited for next season.

Arsenal are working on a deal to sign Switzerland right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner on a free transfer when the 34-year-old’s Juventus contract expires this summer. Lichtsteiner a long-term target who #AFC see adding experience/leadership to head coach Unai Emery’s squad #Juve #SUI

How can you love this signing? This guy is old, Mertesacker is faster than him... While other top clubs are battling for world class players, Arsenal is buying an old fricking player who can't even run. And for what? Experience? If you want experience, you have Cech, Monreal, Koscielny who are all over 30. We are signing a player on a position where you have to be fast, and Lichsteiner hasn't got that anymore...

As i used to say, the problem wasn't Arsene, the problem is the board and the club's politics.

The guy is our backup RB on a short term deal. He brings experience, toughness, and will be great for the locker room. Not to mention he was on a free transfer.

Also how long have you been following Arsenal? Because if you think we are going to sign a world class RB when we already have Bellerin then you're delusional. We arent City or Barca. We can't have world class signings at every position and as back ups too.

They're not buying him at all. I guess you can argue they are going to have to pay his wages.

13 years now... You are right about that, we don't need another world class RB, but as you also know very well, this will be mentioned as a 'big' signing this summer from the board and there won't be many other signings on positions where definitely have to be strengthened.

And mark my words, there won't be any major signing this summer...

I love this signing as well. Provides leadership in the dressing room, depth for cup and EL ties, and will give Bellerin unreal mentoring. All for it.

It probably won't. This is on the level of Squillaci and Silvestre. Neither of those signings were heralded. That we are looking at a backup RB tells you that we are either looking to ship out Chambers (which would be a mistake) or move Chambers to CB full-time, meaning that one of the other CB's could be gone and that Maitland-Niles will be moved to CM full-time. Mustafi might leave, one of Holding and Mavropanos should go on loan. If someone leaves we have to buy another CB and an RB at a minimum.

Just saw that, love bellerin, but we need a rb to spell him. Love this...

And I actually use both in my FUT.

He should never have been out rt for us.

New manager, but seems like Chambers was a decent option at cb later in the season. We should keep guys like him.

Jack might be out. Def a very interesting summer for us.

Chambers was better than Mustafi towards the end of the season.

It's not really a traditional look, but I think I like the 3rd jerseys the most for next year. I also think the training top looks pretty good.

Another solid signing. We are moving so much more quickly with our business since bringing in our new braintrust.

As per @JackPittBrooke Arsenal close to signing Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Dortmund. Latest acquisition led by Sven Mislintat, continues drive to rebuild defence/squad with experience/leadership. #AFC prioritising ready players & will integrate youth (eg Mavropanos) over time

Arsenal are about sign Yacine Adli. He's a young midfielder who was at PSG but was out of contract. Does anyone know anything about him? Guess it's time for YouTube vids.

Sokratis is a great signing. Not sure why Dortmund would let him go.

Wholeheartedly disagree. He was by far my least favorite Dortmund player, and was average at best on a shitty defense. harry & dele fixin’ to eat.....even more. I support this move both as a fan of Dortmund and spurs!

Y’all just worry about keeping Dele away from the hookers. We’ll worry about our BVB all stars
