Get midfielders who score and assist a lot. Get defenders who score and assist a lot and have a solid team around them (fullbacks mostly). Get two reliable forwards and one budget forward buy. For keepers you can get two keepers that are decent but I usually just got one solid one and found the cheapest keeper I could find as my second so I could spend the extra mill or two on another big points player. Good luck.
ETA: use your wild card things wisely. The one that allows you to repick your team should be used a 3-5 games after the season starts. The stars start to emerge and you can get them while their value is still low. Then your team value will rise quickly if you do this right.

Unfortunately I see no way possible Chambers plays for us, he's probably gone (
) but I'd like to see Ox play in Ozil's usual role and let Kolasinac play LWB. What do y'all think?

I'd rather see Ox play in Elneny's spot and play Iwobi with Welbeck and Laca, with Mustafi in the back 3. If Mustafi can't play, I think we roll with Holding, Monreal, and Sead at CB with Ox at WLB, Iwobi up top.
