I said this yesterday but he must have breached some kind of player conduct clause in his new deal. If im Liverpool I say enough is enough after they stuck with him and don't pay him a dime until he comes back.

If the club has the right to withhold paying him while he is suspended, due to breach of contract, then I don't have a problem with it...
edit: at £200k/wk, thats a lot of money that could be useful elsewhere. He can only blame himself.
I read where Adidas and 888bet (I think thats them) are considering their options in sponsorship deals... they'd be silly not to..

It would be stupid to sell Suarez unless Madrid pays a Madrid price for him. You bring him in late October and let him dominate again. I really do not see any reason to sell him. He is well worth the risk and there is almost no way Liverpool could get the same quality with his transfer fee. You would be selling arguably the third best player in the world. Good luck replacing that.

Don't understand this logic. Why is it fair to punish Uruguay then but not Liverpool, just because he was playing for them? It's not like his teammates told him to bite someone or did anything wrong. If you don't want to harm people who weren't involved, then you can never suspend anyone for anything, you just have to fine them a lot of money or something. Or you just have to accept the fact that an individual's poor choice can have negative consequences for others who didn't do anything wrong (both Uruguay and Liverpool in this case).

Well, his previous two bans at club level didn't apply to international play...
I get it, I accept it, but I don't have to agree with and/or like it...

Is this more of a perception priblem?
A true bite where you take a plug out would be a huge problem.
But why is a nip ( about like a pinch ) worse that a thrown elbow to the temple? Its all about optics imho.

Been out of town, hopefully you've been holding it down while I was away. Is it even worth needling the Pool fans or have they all finally resigned themselves to the fact Suarez is the biggest POS in sports like the rest of us already knew?
