Starting XI for October

Well we are already through. I don't see a point in calling up LD, Dempsey, Howard, Bradley, or Jozy. Would be a good time to give some of the guys that have been on the bench some starts. This would also be a good time to call up players that are on the bubble to go to Brazil. I am interested in seeing who gets a call up since it sucks for MLS teams battling for a playoff spot. I don't care who we send to Panama since a win might help Mexico but I still think we should put on a good show in KC. Some potential starters I'd like to see
Guzan, Bacon, JAB, Chosen Juan (better than Jozy, right?). Who else guys?

the gangly chicano from the U21, he´s got a boatload of talent in him.

GOALKEEPERS: Sean Johnson, Bill Hamid, Tally Hall
DEFENDERS: John Anthony Brooks, Clarence Goodson, Tim Ream, DeAndre Yedlin, Timmy Chandler, Eric Lichaj, Gooch Onyewu, Steve Cherundolo
MIDFIELDERS: Jose Torres, Josh Gatt, Brek Shea, Mix Diskeruud, Joe Corona, Kyle Beckerman, Alejandro Bedoya
FORWARDS: Herculez Gomez, Aron Johannson, Terrence Boyd, Chris Wondolowski, Juan Agudelo
Basically turn it into an open tryout for the remaining open spots on the world cup roster. Hopefully, Cherundolo is healthy by next month. He is still our best and safest option at right back.

I wish I knew which one you were talking about. There are at least 3 that fit that description
Here is what I had in mind
Guzan, 2 of Cody Cropper, Sean Johnson, Nick Rimando, and Bill Hamid. Give preferences to players who aren't in the MLS Playoffs (same for all other positions).
Besler, Omar, Goodsen, JAB, Orozco Fiscal, LICHAJ, Beasley, Castillo. If anyone is in the playoffs, go with Spector instead.
Beckerman, Mix, Jose Torres, Luis Gil, Maurice Edu, Joe Corona, Danny Williams, Bedoya. I wish I could think of one more winger. Otherwise, we're stuck with Torres on the left.
Bacon, Aguedelo, Bobby Wood.
Upon further thought, it's too early for Guido and Joya at tis point

Gil is the most developed of the group in terms of talent. And one of the least developed in terms of physique (actually a lot of these guys are small). He is very good.
Yedlin is definitely a prospect, but he doesn't match the physical appearance you gave.

Shea or Brad Davis

what position does Yedlin play? It´s either Gil, or Yedlin.

Yedlin is either right wing or right back. He looks really fricking weird. Like a cross between El Sharaway and Bruno Mars. Gil looks normal
Yedlin
Gil
Yedlin

Both should be called up.
I was referring to Gil, but I did like Yedlin´s potential as well (even moreso, honestly).

Yedlin's defense makes Beasley look like Mascherano.

I think Zusi and Besler will be called in no matter what since the first game is in Kansas City. Maybe they will call 2 more people up for the Panama game and Zusi and Besler will just stay around for the Jamaica game. I hope Besler and Zusi can both see the field vs Jamaica, Sporting Park will be crazy anyways but if they both play it'll be even better.

I for one would still like to see most of our first teamers get time together. They dont get to play together too often and every game is valuable. Now I also see it as a time to cap-tie guys like Brooks. We can easily do both.

Leave Shea at home and add Gil.

Well there are world cup tune-ups where we play friendlies so there will be that time too

Are we going to play a friendly in November since we don't have to worry about New Zealand game?

When England blows their WC qualification, we should invite them over for a match.

The priorities for the upcoming matches should be:
1) Cap tie Brooks
2) Get Cherundolo back in the fold because he is our best option at RB
3) Invite all the fringe/young guys to see if they can step their game up and make the World Cup roster an even tougher decision for Klinsmann.

Agree with two of three...Dolo will be fine in 2014 friendlies to get into the flow of things. Let him stay at Hanover and work his way back. He'll be ready when needed once he is healthy.
Now, can we get Chandler's arse back?
