Learned this the hard way on the David Degea trade to real.
They posted several times it was a done deal and I was hooked.
Bummer.
I wondered when I linked the article some of you bastards laughed.
Live and learn
Idk where else to ask and couldn't find it online so:
If a player is born in Monaco can he still play for the French national team? Monaco don't have a FIFA recognized national team so they should be able to "represent" both like Pique with Catalonia right?

This is absolutely not true. This board is rampant with people who troll, name call and reductively insult people they disagree with.

Corrections please:
Liverpool vs Everton - The Merseyside Derby
Newcastle vs Sunderland - The Tyne–Wear Derby. Two biggest clubs in the North East of the country. Pure hate.

Yea I've surely tried that. However, each club wants you to be a paid member to purchase tickets for upcoming games.
They only allow non-paying members to purchase tickets in specific windows usually months in advance.
I found livefootballtickets.com though. It's more expensive than club sites, but a good choice to get good seats on short notice.

The club website is the only legit way
There is no real secondary market, your best option that route is viagogo
Live football tickets is a very bad idea and is not an authorized seller by the premier league.
Some smaller clubs will put tickets on general sale

I played in the Dallas Cup against the Class of '92.
I played on a U19 ODP team and they were U16. They KILLED us 5-0.

I realize there hasn’t been a post in here in a while, but does anyone have extensive knowledge of the Dutch league?
Are AJAX a formidable club on the grand European stage? Spent some time in Amsterdam and saw their jerseys everywhere.

I'm sure to the fans this is a silly question, but I'm going to ask amyway. How did the clubs get their names? If you've ever watched ESPN invariably Premier league games are on the scroller. Why isn't there a "London" a la New York,Los Angeles, etc and where in the world are Arsenal and Everton, or if many teams have no geogprahic significance how did their names originate?
