Please explain why you find that so laughable. Not trying to be a prick, just confused.

So, are any of you Man U fans skeptical of this talk that the Glazers will spend big this summer?

You clearly have no idea, what you are talking about.
The United brand under the Glazers has boomed and the club kept winning.
People hated them at first and some still do but their model of how to run the club has it turning record profits.

They should be. Look no further than the Bucs glorious spending history.
If the Glazers didn't luck out hiring Tony Dungy, they would have already been run out of TB.

On players it was a given, on a manager i don't see why not unless we go for a young up and coming guy like Liverpool did with Rogers.

You are stupid when it comes to soccer.
United before Fergie was a huge club in england and worldwide. Keep showing how clueless you are.

A little. But I think their hand will be forced to protect their brand. They can't kill the cash cow because they need all available revenues to service their debts. Success plays a crucial role in the equation. They were fortunate during the SAF era that they didn't have to spend big to stay competitive at the top. The writing is on the wall to spend now though.

Pretty simple. When your owners put out shitty products, you stop going to games and stop buying merchandise. If you think the Glazers are good owners, you might want to talk to some Bucs fans.
And yes, they're known for barely spending money.

Nailed it. We'll see what happens. Traditionally they are known as very, very frugal owners.

Actually, Glazer was a lot better than the previous owner Hugh Culverhouse. Culverhouse was a notorious cheapskate. There was no way the Bucs win a Super Bowl with him in charge. As a LFC-Bucs fan, the change in ownership from Culverhouse to Glazer was like the change from G&H to FSG. It was only after they bought MUFC that perhaps they took their eye off the ball on this side of the pond.
