I will bump this thread once the second batch of first round games are played.
I am bored and curious to see if we all have similar tastes in games.
Here is mine in another thread:
1) Poland-Greece
2) Sweden-Ukraine
3) Germany-Portugal
4) Russia-Czech Republic
5) Spain-Italy
6) Netherlands-Denmark
7) Croatia-Ireland (more goals don't always mean better soccer)
8) England-France

Might switch Spain and Italy with Russia and the Czechs. Was a blow out.

I would have Spain-Italy no lower than third. Better game than Portugal-Germany or Russia-Czechs and it could even be higher than third. Other than that I agree. Croatia-Ireland is either 7th like Keys has it or 8th, did nothing for me.

That kid was so terrifying, the announcers just went silent.

What the hell was that mask about?

Racism in Eastern Europe.
I would rank Spain-Italy first. The game overall may not have been the best, but watching the Spanish midfield and Pirlo was a treat.

The Spanish team bored me until Jesus Navas came on. Too many skilled center mids without wings or forwards became redundant.
And the mask was just so random. Just one guy in a game with no prominent black players. Will be curious to see how the French and English teams are treated.

A plane ticket to the US and she's all yours.

If she can afford a seat to a Euro game, she probably needs a little more, unfortunately.

1) Spain-Italy (so many world class players, fascinating 3-5-2 v 4-6-0 matchup, smooth passers everywhere. I thought this was a fantastic match.)
2) Poland-Greece (entertaining due to being so crazy. That horrible officiating played so big a part was dramatic but disappointing too. )
3) Germany-Portugal (pretty much what I expected with Germany dominating possession but not going all in since a draw wouldn't have been the end of the world and the chances they eventually nabbed a goal were good. The last 10 minutes were crazy with Portugal going forward more effectively than I thought they'd be able to)
4) Russia-Czech Republic
5) Ukraine - Sweden ( would probably rank higher but I was distracted while watching it)
6) Netherlands-Denmark
7) Croatia-Ireland (agreed that "more goals don't always mean better soccer")
8) England-France (agree that this was pretty lackluster to say the least)
