I don't have a problem with the announcers pulling for Mexico, as that's who they are most familiar with.
I have a problem with the choppiness of them trying to broadcast in English. Their words feel forced and you can tell they are always searching for the right English words (and rarely finding them), and it makes it feel like the broadcast is behind the game.
Literally the only thing that sounds decent is when they say a Mexican players name.

I don't mind the Mexican commentators, just watch the game and don't pay attention to what they are saying.

What I don't get is why they still have any sort of an accent. I look at 2nd gen Chinese, Indians and pretty much any other community and they have no external accent when speaking English.
