fricking Liverpool? That's the Champions League solution? Enjoy the same European competition you could get into at Fulham.

I posted this in the transfer thread.
While I don't think it's the best fit, I will surely be glad to have him on board and the LFC jersey sales in the US will skyrocket (the real reason of the transfer, IMO).

I will be a little pissed if he ends up at LFC. I would hope when he said he wanted to join a club with CL potential, he had his sights a little higher.

I don't really blame him, all this talk about Champions League ignored the real motivation of most players, money. Again, I get it, who doesn't want to make more money and these guys have short careers.
