PK abuse has ruined soccer...i propose a fix

should be a 12 yard semi-circle around the center of the goal.
only if you are fouled in that area do you get a PK kick. Goalie can no longer run 28 yards out to grab a ball AND YOU NO LONGER GET A FREE SHOT ON GOAL FOR DIVING 20 YARDS AWAY WITH YOUR BACK ON GOAL
current penalty area = 7,128 sq ft
proposed penalty area= 2,035 sq ft
just trimming the fat of where garbage PKs are handed out, and the area shite goalies can over commit to.

He's come with a graph and everything. This won't stop diving. Only clear rules on what constitutes a foul so there is no longer a gray area and banning players like Bhoy suggested.
