Williams is my question mark here and I would like to see Gomez get a game or two over altidore in this 5 game stretch

Altidore doesn't come in until 5/28.

Johnson is a left winger and looks much better there.

Williams is a defensive midfielder who can play CB and RB in a pinch. He is not a winger.

Would this line up not work?

Dempsey ---- Jozy ---- Donovan
-------------- Bradley----------------
------ Jones ------- Beckerman----
LB? ---- Boca ---- Gooch --- Dolo
-------------- Timmah----------------

Or is it too attack minded? I'm not an expert in soccer strategy.

They aren't gonna make the cuts until Friday.

I'd go with Rimando, Morales, Corona/Torres and Wondo/Agudelo

Gotcha I thought it said 5/23 for cut date. I'd say Juan too but JK seems to like him a lot... We 'll see

Morales is almost on the can't cut list because of our depth.

Williams, Johnson and Edu can all play defense if necessary.

Morales has not done enough to earn the call up let alone playing time.

I don't have a qualified enough opinion on morales to say one way or another but the shin guardian called him the honey badger so I'm down to give him a chance haha

I don't either to be honest. But there is no way he is more deserving of a call up than Ream, Lichaj or Whitbread IMO. If he wasn't German I don't think he'd even be under consideration.

He has 13 professional appearances and 4 career starts for a team that finished the season relegated with 31 points in the Bundesliga

Bradley is best suited as a player who sits in front of the back 4, starts attacks and keeps the shape of the team (this is what he did in Serie A). In your formation, you are isolating our best playmaker (Dempsey) on the wing in a 4-3-3 something I have never seen him play

Bradley moved around this year at Chievo. This was the position he plays most often but he also played on the left and right of their narrow counter attacking formation.

Dempsey has been at his best for fulham cutting in from the left wing and that is where he has made the majority of his appearances for the club in his 5 years. Agreed he needs to be central or cutting in with a capable over lapping fullback holding the width and staying wide.

Also, Parkhurst is playing RB. They are playing for the league title, right now.

0-0 15 minutes in. Copenhagen is winning 1-0. If Copenhagen wins, Nordsjaelland has to win to win the title.
