That's unlucky. Lovren's been playing well and was having a great day outside the last corner. Looks like he'll be out for a while

Well we won't have to worry about Lovren playing for a while. He's done for the year plus some. Nasty injury. Can't tell if it's his knee ligaments or broke his leg just below the knee but that was nasty.

They immobilized it so they're probably thinking fracture. And the blood could've been from bone breaking the skin. Hope it's not that bad but from his reaction it looks like more than a cut

Glad Sakho is suppose to be available for selection next week...

Really hate to see that for Dejan.. you could see the agony on his face..

Origi created that luck too, by bouncing back up and not allowing the ref to call a free kick... good job!!

At least it's good to hear Anfield rocking again but we still suck at set pieces and we still have to do better finishing

Lovren injury pretty much guarantees a CB in January. Probably early January too.

We have shite away 5 points in two games - at this point, knowing what we will be facing against pretty much all bottom of the table teams and our inability to really deal with it, I think top four is in doubt. You have a few other teams ahead of us in points that may be hard to catch.

I don't mean to be a downer about or ride the mood swing, but it's pretty clear we have a massive constipation issue around packed in teams. Managed to score two today. But we have now had two poor results in a row against that type of team and screwed up a chance to vault up the table.

We were one Mignolet flap away from picking up the full three points...

We obviously have an issue when it comes to finishing but we looked pretty good today outside of that awful play by Mignolet and a lazily defended corner.

I think its not better finishing but the teams laziness when they were near goal. They passed around the outside of the box and took shots from out there or tried a cross. We needed more lallana, countinho, firmino combinations to break the last line of defense. They wasn't much creativity so they shot from outside the box a lot. Those shots don't go in a lot.
Lallana had his one on one, The ball that fell to Coutinho that he shanked from about 12 yards out, and Benteke had a couple of decent chances fall to him. 3 of those 4 we didn't even get on target. And I know shots at the 18 or just outside are gonna be hard to knock in, but there were a few shot just from the 18 again that we didn't even manage to get on target. We had a ton of shots compared to WBA, but a low shot on target % which definitely needs to improve.

We need to get this kid more minutes somehow. He's really come around since the start of the season.
