Update since I know many of you are having trouble sleeping - I got the Sterling kit with the 31. I want to have it before the season starts. And if Sterling ends up as good as we think I'll have more kits of his in the future.
As for actual club news - I wonder how we'll approach tonight? Do we have a few strategies in mind that we try for a 15 minute period each and see how we can break down his system? Or do we play it straight up and not worry about whether its the best tactics?
And on a final note - what do we think about Suso? Progressed enough to remain with the squad? Or another loan? As I see it, we have a few that can play the more advanced of that midfield 3 position - Llana, Cou, Sterling (in a pinch), Allen, Henderson (though I prefer him further back). Obviously most of these will be deployed elsewhere and start a good number of games. But it seems we have a lot options there, and I'm not certain the few games Suso may play will be worth the coverage he provides. I have seen a decent bit of progress out of him this preseason, but its hard to read much into that.

Johnson should be leftback in the dressing room. Where was the marking on Hernandez for the first goal? The **** is with all the wayward passes? I did not see Johnson complete one take on, not one. And what's up with the finishing, we had three gilt edged chances to kill the game off at the beginning of the second half we missed all three.

All the LFC journalist are saying we've accepted an offer for Pepe reina from Bayern Munich... no details..
