I would think it would be hard to replace him if so...

Again, I'd only want to replace him if Klopp (or another top manager) was willing to come, but that's no guarantee... I don't want another young, up and coming manager..

The one I'm on the fence about is Rafa... I'd def welcome him back and get behind him, but I'm not so sure that would be the way to go right now

I agree on Rafa. I would welcome him, but he had his time here. Some great moments and some underperforming and frustrating ones. He would not be my pick.

Hard to believe we are still so close to top four after $#itting the bed so many times.

Of course we are dependent upon Manu only winning 1 of their last three at most and our winning all three. Very long odds. If we tie Chelsea the odds are even longer.

All it really means is that all the putzing around we did in some winnable games has really really come back to haunt us. United going to spend this summer and we won't be able to match it in dollars or caliber of player.

The one thing that sticks in my mind with Rafa is, what could he do with FSGs backing and the over £200 Rodgers has spent...

Anyway, like I said earlier in the thread.. I have a feeling BR has at least one more year.. Wish Klopp would have stuck it out at BvB at least one more.. Timing is everything!

now you guys understand why i was pulling for City to win the Manchester Derby a couple of weeks ago... we'd be that much closer had Man U dropped those points that day....

I am of the opinion that we will not make the top four, it's just incredible that we are actually talking about it the way we have played for most of this year.

Brendan has not found a way to defeat Hull City. We won't finish top four.

The biggest problem with Rafa is his play style. It is vastly different from Brendans. We'd need to overhaul the squad, overhaul the academy, overhaul the staff. If De Boer or Klopp comes its status quo. That's why I'm not crazy about Rafa.

You guys don't have an easy last 3 games, we don't either

But you finish with Stoke away

The way we have played this year I don't think it would surprise any Liverpool supporter if we lost all 3 matches or won all three. I have given up on trying to figure out this team and especially this manager. The good news is most had resigned themselves to fifth at best and now United is in a tailspin and we just pulled three points out of our arse, who knows what will happen but I feel like I'm playing with house money at this point.

I definitely am not thinking we'll finish top four and to be honest, we don't really deserve it... The league is garbage this year, us included..

deserving or not, i'll take it if it happens... we need CL football to entice big names to come here... simple as that...

I'll take anything but there's really no way we make it.

There is about a 0% chance we get any points from Chelsea. Brendan gets owned by daddy Mou.

Anybody know anything about this 17 year old coming over this summer? Paulinho, currently playing in Portugal.

PSG drop out of the race for Depay, clearing the way for us to sign him.

He'll still sign with Utd though. Don't even know why I bothered with this post.
