There is a huge Bosnian population in a city in an Iowa. They took on a ton of these dirty, hard working refugees who built strong communities with extended family support. They comprise ~5% of the city and have assimilated in 1 generation. Feel bad for them that they’re about to run in the red white and blue whoop arse crew.

I was a lifeguard at whitecliff pool back in the day.
Bosnias scared up everywhere.
Faking like they didn’t know English when talking to them. (Unless you were a female lifeguard with PFDs)

Whenever I’m up there with my BIL and his circle of friends, I make sure to drop the Bosnian hammer once we’re 3-4 drinks in and laugh my arse off at the bitch-fest.
That’s fricking hysterical as my nephew guard’s in a very nice upscale club in Sunset Hills and the bane of his existence are the gypsy’s as he prefers to call them.
