Some of those are bit part players with few caps. Others either have Scottish parents or lived most of their lives in Scotland.

Even if we gave you all of those, that's still a small portion of the national side.

usa has players born in germany. germany has players from other countries. france has players from africa, dutch from suriname, etc. etc. etc.
