(because I've only been following EPL for four years
)
Sergio Aguero to Manchester City
Robin van Persie to Manchester United
Mesut Ozil to Arsenal
Fernando Torres to Chelsea (

It's still a bit early but I think Ozil could be up there pretty high. Not sure if Arsenal would even be in the top 4 right now without him.

Ozil is nowhwere near he impact of RVP, although Ozil has been very solid.

He's been pretty shitty lately, but Cisse made about as immediate an impact as you can for a January signing.

Suarez and Sturridge to Pool

Sergio Aguero and RVP easily

My vote is for Aguero.

suarez took awhile to round into goal scoring form when he first joined Liverpool. wouldn't be him.
rvp and aguero are good picks. özil hasn't even finished this season but certainly merits being included in the conversation.

Benteke to Villa has to be in the conversation

Crazy talk. Changed the mentality of the entire organization and is leading the EPL in assists.

RVP won the Golden Boot last year, and United won the title.

either one of these two because they have already won championships with their clubs. ozil can, and probably will, be at the top of this list should arsenal win it this year.

RVP no doubt. Aguero literally scored the league-winning goal for Manchester City so he has to be second. Suarez hasn't won LFC shite but the club would be bottom-half of the table the past few seasons without him.
Ozil doesn't make much sense to me yet since from last year to this year Arsenal are 3 points worse. AKA his impact hasn't been enough to statistically improve their table position yet.
ETA I may take back the Ozil comment. After thinking about it for a few seconds, his transfer was definitely after Arsenal's loss to Villa. I don't know who/when their other two points dropped came against however, so it may be the case that they are even compared to last season.

My vote is RVP, but Sturridge should definitely be on that list.
