Frick me City.

Don't have a link, because I'm on my phone, but I saw it on Twitter and ESPNFC.

Only homegrown players left are Hart, Clichy and Richard Wright who has never once played a competitive match.

Congrats Liverpool, you got a hell of a player. City need to make a splash somehow now.

Looks like Dzeko and Jovetic will go. I'd like to see Sterling come in, but I doubt that would really help anything other than the homegrown player count.

I'll take just about anything right now for a homegrown player.

The way Sterling has played this past year I might even be willing to give him up for Jovetic plus a little cash.

This thread is so sad.

Deal. I hate Dzeko. Guy is 6'4, yet plays like he's 5'10. He had 4 goals in 11 starts and 22 total appearances for a team that creates a TON of chances. That's pitiful. Even Jovetic scored more and in fewer appearances.

I feel like Dzeko has proven himself a little more at the highest levels of the game but I didn't realize he's 29 and had a worse season than Jovetic last year until I just looked him up, f that.

He was pretty productive up until last season.

Can't believe City are letting Milner go--and for NOTHING. He's about as solid a player as they have. He's had bad games, as does every player, but he always works his butt off. Very enjoyable player to watch.

Thats most of their roster.

It was extremely mismanaged and has almost no home grown players

They didn't have a choice. He wanted to leave.

Ibe
Allen
Coutinho

You're right.
I'd like to see These Three plus George Evans (scored in Toronto last week) given a chance next year.

Correct me if I am wrong but I'm pretty sure Countinho is Brazilian.

Supposedly it is because he wants to play more centrally. It can't be playing time or money. He got plenty of action this year and we offered a big contract.

He's escaping that sinking ship.
