You've already been added to the anti Suarez list. The damage has been done.

Amazes me how many fans are ok with their team winning in an underhanded way.

And don't give me that shite about everybody does it. The last time Arsenal dove for something like that was cazorla v west ham last season and we all still give him shite for it.

Shocking. I'm sure there's plenty of other bitches out there who have no issue with it.

I hope he gets his femur broken in the box on a horror tackle in the 90th minute, it goes uncalled, and Villa scores on the counter, Liverpool loses, and Suarez's career is over.

Guess Liverpool should be happy with this result after a really poor first half.

Oh well, I guess I can live with Liverpool failing to win at home against a shite team and disgracing themselves further in the process.

Hell, Wenger even apologized for it, unlike other managers.

I've pretty much accepted that duping the referee as part of the game. The big new thing seems to be faking an injury to force a stoppage, and getting back up as soon as the ball is out of play. That's annoying the frick out of me.

There needs to be retroactive action for dumb diving and time wasting. The Suarez example from today is way too close to, as from one angle it looks like Guzan touched him, and from another it looks like a dive. Personally it didn't look like a penalty.

No shite, it's so obvious and would be so easy to do. It would virtually wipe this shite out and all the "it's part of the game" tards would have to shut the hell up.

Going off the NFL rule for replay, I doubt it would be reversed since Guzan's leg does roll on Suarez's foot... That said, I admit it was soft and could see it not being called..

but yeah, retroactive punishment may deter the Chelsea, Brazilian flop brigade...

It's part of the game in some cultures, and I can accept that. Tackling, and views on tackling vary from culture to culture, but for games that have international interest like most PL games, there should be a standard.

At the international level this idea becomes a mess, but the laws of the game should be clear on this, enabling a committee to be formed to judge actions retroactively.

Problem with retroactive penalties in those situations is that there was contact. It's far too arbitrary to say that was definitely a dive.

IMO, it could only be enforced when there was clearly no contact..
